ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 2 -- United States Patent no. 12,486,287, issued on Dec. 2, was assigned to Spinogenix Inc. (Los Angeles).
"Solid forms of a promoter of spinogenesis" was invented by Stella T. Sarraf (Beverly Hills, Calif.) and Elizabeth Buchler Vadas (Dorval, Canada).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Provided herein are crystalline forms of 2-(2-(2-(2-(4-(benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)phenoxy)ethoxy)ethoxy)ethoxy)ethan-1-ol (Compound I): Also provided are processes of manufacture and methods of using the crystalline forms."
The patent was filed on Jan. 30, 2020, under Application No. 17/426,882.
