US Patent Issued to SPEEDFLOOR on May 27 for "Building panel" (New Zealander Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,312,808, issued on May 27, was assigned to SPEEDFLOOR Ltd. (Auckland, New Zealand).

"Building panel" was invented by Hamish Oliver Coubray (Auckland, New Zealand) and Nicholas Keith Coubray (Auckland, New Zealand).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A building panel for modular construction. The building panel utilises less framework for reduced complexity, materials and weight. The panel utilises features of the formwork to allow the panel to be moved easily.
