ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,300,403, issued on May 13, was assigned to Southwire Co. LLC (Carrollton, Ga.).

"Method of manufacturing electrical cable, and resulting product, with reduced required installation pulling force" was invented by Philip Sasse (Douglasville, Ga.), Terry Chambers (Ranburne, Ala.), Randy D. Kummer (Villa Rica, Ga.), John Armstrong (Villa Rica, Ga.), David Reece (Calhoun, Ga.) and Hai Lam (Douglasville, Ga.).
