ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,479,843, issued on Nov. 25, was assigned to SOOCHOW UNIVERSITY (Suzhou, China).

"Spiro ring-containing quinazoline compounds" was invented by Yuli Xie (Shanghai), Houxing Fan (Shanghai), Gang Cao (Shanghai) and Lihui Qian (Shanghai).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to a spiro ring-containing quinazoline compound, a preparation method therefor, and use of the compound as a K-Ras G12C inhibitor in preparing antitumor medicaments."
