ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,251,453, issued on March 18, was assigned to SOCIETE D'EXPLOITATION DE PRODUITS POUR LES INDUSTRIES CHIMIQUES SEPPIC (Paris).
