ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,260,015, issued on March 25, was assigned to Snap Inc. (Santa Monica, Calif.).

"Augmented reality with eyewear triggered IoT" was invented by Ilteris Canberk (Marina Del Rey, Calif.), Shin Hwun Kang (Los Angeles) and Doug Mead (Oakland, Calif.).
