ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,425,000, issued on Sept. 23, was assigned to Skyworks Solutions Inc. (Irvine, Calif.).

"Low velocity surface acoustic wave device" was invented by Joji Fujiwara (Suita, Japan), Riho Sasaki (Hirakata, Japan), Kyohei Kobayashi (Otsu, Japan) and Noriaki Amo (Sanda, Japan).
