US Patent Issued to Skyworks Solutions on Sept. 16 for "Raised and recessed frames on bottom and top plates of a BAW resonator" (California Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,418,271, issued on Sept. 16, was assigned to Skyworks Solutions Inc. (Irvine, Calif.).

"Raised and recessed frames on bottom and top plates of a BAW resonator" was invented by Stephen Joseph Kovacic (Newport Beach, Calif.) and Benjamin Paul Abbott (Irvine, Calif.).
