ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 2 -- United States Patent no. 12,489,208, issued on Dec. 2, was assigned to Skyworks Solutions Inc. (Irvine, Calif.).

"Honeycomb cavity waveguide" was invented by David Richard Pehlke (Westlake Village, Calif.), Dominique Michel Yves Brunel (Antibes, France), Gregory Edward Babcock (Ottawa) and Grant Darcy Poulin (Carp, Canada).
