US Patent Issued to SKF Magnetic Mechatronics on Feb. 4 for "Method for obtaining a temporal model of a magnetic bearing, device for modelling the magnetic bearing and associated systems" (French Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,216,972, issued on Feb. 4, was assigned to SKF Magnetic Mechatronics (Saint-Marcel, France).

"Method for obtaining a temporal model of a magnetic bearing, device for modelling the magnetic bearing and associated systems" was invented by Francois Caire (Paris) and Lakdar Sadi-Haddad (Nogent sur Marne, France).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The method for obtaining a temporal model of a magnetic bearing provides the generation of reference data representative of characteristics of the bearing. The method includes the production of the temporal model of the magnetic bearing from the reference data having temporal data."
