US Patent Issued to SK hynix on Oct. 21 for "Semiconductor wafer including chip guard" (South Korean Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,451,444, issued on Oct. 21, was assigned to SK hynix Inc. (Gyeonggi-do, South Korea).

"Semiconductor wafer including chip guard" was invented by Heon Yong Chang (Gyeonggi-do, South Korea) and Sun Joo Park (Gyeonggi-do, South Korea).
