ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,443,345, issued on Oct. 14, was assigned to SK hynix Inc. (Icheon, South Korea) and Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (Daejeon, South Korea).
