ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,331,199, issued on June 17, was assigned to Singular Genomics Systems Inc. (San Diego).

"Silicon containing detectable compounds" was invented by Ronald Graham (Carlsbad, Calif.) and Rodrigo Rodriguez (San Diego).
