ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,344,867, issued on July 1, was assigned to SINGULAR GENOMICS SYSTEMS INC. (San Diego).

"Engineered Pyrococcus enzymes and uses thereof" was invented by Souad Naji (San Diego), Eli N. Glezer (Del Mar, Calif.), Youngjin Cho (San Diego), Zachary Terranova (San Diego) and Abrehet Abdu (San Diego).
