ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,438,079, issued on Oct. 7, was assigned to SILICONWARE PRECISION INDUSTRIES Co. LTD. (Taichung, Taiwan).
"Electronic structure" was invented by Feng Kao (Taichung, Taiwan) and Lung-Yuan Wang (Taichung, Taiwan).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An electronic package is provided, in which an electronic structure used as an integrated voltage regulator and a plurality of conductive pillars are embedded in an encapsulating layer to facilitate electrical transmission with electronic components at a close range."
