US Patent Issued to Silicon Motion on March 25 for "Flash memory controller and data programming method" (Taiwanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,259,818, issued on March 25, was assigned to Silicon Motion Inc. (Jhubei, Taiwan).
