US Patent Issued to Silicon Motion on Feb. 25 for "Flash memory controller" (Taiwanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,236,115, issued on Feb. 25, was assigned to Silicon Motion Inc. (Hsinchu County, Taiwan).

"Flash memory controller" was invented by Tsung-Chieh Yang (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Chun-Chieh Kuo (Taipei, Taiwan), Ching-Hui Lin (Hsinchu County, Taiwan) and Yang-Chih Shen (Taoyuan, Taiwan).
