ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,338,174, issued on June 24, was assigned to SIKA TECHNOLOGY AG (Baar, Switzerland).

"Aluminum sulfate suspensions with reduced viscosity" was invented by Martin Weibel (Zurich, Switzerland) and Christian Stenger (Kuttigen, Switzerland).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to the use of a soluble magnesium compound for adjusting, in particular reducing, the viscosity of an aluminum sulfate suspension."

The patent was filed on Nov. 2, 2020, under Application No. 17/760,526.
