ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,305,843, issued on May 20, was assigned to SIGNIFY HOLDING B.V. (Eindhoven, Netherlands).
"Lighting device having a lens plate" was invented by Chuan Liang (Jiang Su, China), Sun Jinping (Shanghai) and Yifan Hao (Shanghai).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A lighting device has a LED panel and a lens plate mounted over the LED panel. The lens plate includes a configurable set of connectors which are able to configure the LED panel into a selected one of first and second circuit configurations."
