ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,295,768, issued on May 13, was assigned to Siemens Medical Solutions USA Inc. (Malvern, Pa.).

"Cooling system integrated within modular, detector electronic assembly for a diagnostic medical imaging apparatus" was invented by Ziad Burbar (Knoxville, Tenn.), John Keller (Knoxville, Tenn.), Andrew Philip Moor (Knoxville, Tenn.) and James L. Corbeil (Knoxville, Tenn.).
