ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,455,281, issued on Oct. 28, was assigned to Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Inc. (Tarrytown, N.Y.).

"Devices and methods for minimizing hook effect interference in immunoassays" was invented by Chris Zimmerle (Goshen, Ind.) and Gary Rheinheimer (Goshen, Ind.).
