ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,372,063, issued on July 29, was assigned to SIEMENS GAMESA RENEWABLE ENERGY A/S (Brande, Denmark).

"Rotor blade monitoring system" was invented by Donato Girolamo (Voorhout, Netherlands), Esben Orlowitz (Grindsted, Denmark) and Nevena Stevanovic (Vejle, Denmark).
