ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,409,110, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to SHISEIDO COMPANY LTD. (Tokyo).
"Composition with superabsorbent polymer" was invented by Binhua Yang (East Windsor, N.J.), Nancy Hanna (East Windsor, N.J.) and Daisuke Suzuki (East Windsor, N.J.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Provided is a cosmetic composition which includes at least one superabsorbent polymer; at least one water soluble emollient; and at least one thickener."
The patent was filed on Dec. 22, 2020, under Application No. 17/774,845.
