ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,342,447, issued on June 24, was assigned to SHINE Technologies LLC (Janesville, Wis.).

"Ion source and neutron generator" was invented by Gregory Piefer (Janesville, Wis.) and Richard Sisson (Janesville, Wis.).
