US Patent Issued to SHIN-ETSU QUARTZ PRODUCTS on Aug. 19 for "CZ crucible with a gap between an inner quartz crucible and an outer graphite crucible" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 20 -- United States Patent no. 12,392,054, issued on Aug. 19, was assigned to SHIN-ETSU QUARTZ PRODUCTS Co. LTD. (Tokyo).

"CZ crucible with a gap between an inner quartz crucible and an outer graphite crucible" was invented by Kazuki Tomokuni (Echizen, Japan) and Yoshinori Ikeda (Echizen, Japan).
