ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,461,092, issued on Nov. 4, was assigned to SHIMADZU Corp. (Kyoto, Japan) and THE UNIVERSITY OF TOKYO (Tokyo).

"Screening method for APP cleavage activity-controlling substances of ADAMTS4" was invented by Naoki Kaneko (Kyoto, Japan), Taisuke Tomita (Tokyo), Yota Yoshizawa (Tokyo), Masaya Matsuzaki (Tokyo) and Miyabishara Yokoyama (Tokyo).
