ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,274,767, issued on April 15, was assigned to Shear Kershman Laboratories Inc. (Chesterfield, Mo.).

"Lip balm containing caffeine, nicotine or testosterone" was invented by Alvin Kershman (Chesterfield, Mo.), Jeff Shear (Bonita Springs, Fla.) and Doreen Linze (Labadie, Mo.).
