"Systems and methods for reducing a reconstruction error in video coding based on a cross-component correlation" was invented by Kiran Mukesh Misra (Vancouver, Wash.), Frank Bossen (Vancouver, Wash.), Christopher Andrew Segall (Vancouver, Wash.) and Sachin G. Deshpande (Vancouver, Wash.).
