ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,466,816, issued on Nov. 11, was assigned to SHANGHAITECH UNIVERSITY (Shanghai) and MEDSHINE DISCOVERY INC. (Nanjing, China).
