ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,332,092, issued on June 17, was assigned to Semtech Corp. (Camarillo, Calif.).
"Drift suppression method, proximity sensor and wireless device" was invented by Chaouki Rouaissia (Neuchatel, Switzerland).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A portable device including a capacitive proximity sensor can suppress a drift superimposed to the capacitive proximity signal and the corresponding method.
