ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 2 -- United States Patent no. 12,490,650, issued on Dec. 2, was assigned to Semiconductor Energy Laboratory Co. Ltd. (Japan).

"Triarylamine derivative, light-emitting substance, light-emitting element, light-emitting device, and electronic device" was invented by Harue Osaka (Kanagawa, Japan), Takahiro Ushikubo (Kanagawa, Japan), Nobuharu Ohsawa (Kanagawa, Japan), Satoshi Seo (Kanagawa, Japan) and Tsunenori Suzuki (Kanagawa, Japan).
