ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,381,516, issued on Aug. 5, was assigned to SEMICONDUCTOR COMPONENTS INDUSTRIES LLC (Scottsdale, Ariz.).
"Versatile low noise amplifier and method therefor" was invented by Noureddine Senouci (Le Landeron, Switzerland), Onur Kazanc (Boudry, Switzerland) and Alexander Heubi (La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland).
