ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,377,630, issued on Aug. 5, was assigned to Selig Sealing Products Inc. (Forrest, Ill.).

"Dispensing liner" was invented by Robert William Thorstensen-Woll (Barrie, Canada).
