ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,468,214, issued on Nov. 11, was assigned to SEIKO EPSON Corp. (Tokyo).
"Projector" was invented by Shotaro Kawakami (Matsumoto, Japan) and Satoshi Tamai (Matsumoto, Japan).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A projector includes an outer housing, a single inner housing housed in the outer housing and including a first container and a second container, the second container housing a functional element, and a loudspeaker housed in the first container and including a frame, and the first container has a wall section extending along the frame."
The patent was filed on Jan. 27, 2023, under Application No. 18/160,352.
