US Patent Issued to SEIKO EPSON on March 4 for "Liquid holding member, cap, and cartridge" (Japanese Inventor)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,240,246, issued on March 4, was assigned to SEIKO EPSON Corp. (Tokyo).

"Liquid holding member, cap, and cartridge" was invented by Tadahiro Mizutani (Shiori, Japan).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A liquid holding member includes a bottom surface, and a plurality of convex portions projecting from the bottom surface. Each of the convex portions includes a plurality of surfaces. The convex portions are molded integrally with the bottom surface."

The patent was filed on March 28, 2023, under Application No. 18/191,300.
