US Patent Issued to SEIKO EPSON on June 17 for "Cartridge and printing system" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,330,424, issued on June 17, was assigned to SEIKO EPSON Corp. (Tokyo).

"Cartridge and printing system" was invented by Takumi Nagashima (Matsumoto, Japan), Yoshihiro Koizumi (Shiojiri, Japan) and Shun Oya (Kiso-gun, Japan).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A technique for preventing a decrease in an amount of liquid contained in a cartridge is provided. The cartridge includes a liquid containing portion and a liquid supply portion.
