US Patent Issued to SEIKO EPSON on Jan. 27 for "Vibrating element including quartz crystal substrate and excitation electrodes, and oscillator including vibrating element" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,537,530, issued on Jan. 27, was assigned to SEIKO EPSON Corp. (Tokyo).

"Vibrating element including quartz crystal substrate and excitation electrodes, and oscillator including vibrating element" was invented by Atsushi Matsuo (Shiojiri, Japan) and Ryuta Nishizawa (Nagano, Japan).
