ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,402,734, issued on Sept. 2, was assigned to Scorpion Security Products Inc. (Vestal, N.Y.).

"Secure product dispenser" was invented by Franklyn W. Gulick Jr. (Binghamton, N.Y.), John Farinola (Monroe Township, N.J.), Eric Henry (Bound Brook, N.J.) and Gary R. Page (Chenango Forks, N.Y.).
