ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,428,960, issued on Sept. 30, was assigned to Schlumberger Technology Corp. (Sugar Land, Texas).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A well testing package is coupled to a well. A first fluid is produced from a first production zone of the well to the well testing package. The first fluid is returned to the well from the well testing package, and is injected into a second production zone of the well."
