ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,283,197, issued on April 22, was assigned to SCHLUMBERGER TECHNOLOGY Corp. (Sugar Land, Texas).

"Active learning for inspection tool" was invented by Nader Salman (Houston), Victor Amblard (Paris) and Vahagn Hakopian (Vienne, France).
