ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,276,162, issued on April 15, was assigned to SCHLUMBERGER TECHNOLOGY Corp. (Sugar Land, Texas).
"Multi-stage wireless completions" was invented by Christian Chouzenoux (Clamart, France) and Alain Guelat (Clamart, France).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Wireless power and telemetry systems for multi-stage completions are provided. Various configurations for couplers, e.g., electro-magnetic couplers, for use in such systems are also provided."
The patent was filed on April 10, 2024, under Application No. 18/631,610.
