ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,473,015, issued on Nov. 18, was assigned to Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG (Herzogenaurach, Germany).

"Position sensor" was invented by Maximilian Bossecker (Hugelsheim, Germany), Trenton Dean (Casco, Mich.) and Patrick Lindemann (Wooster, Ohio).
