ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 29 -- United States Patent no. 12,212,188, issued on Jan. 28, was assigned to Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG (Herzogenaurach, Germany).

"Electric machine with a fixation of multiple rotor laminations to a rotor shaft, said fixation allowing an axial tolerance compensation" was invented by Alexandre Fischer (Strasbourg, France) and Thomas Fritz (Malsch, Germany).
