US Patent Issued to SBM Developpement on Nov. 4 for "Synergistic herbicidal mixtures and compositions comprising triclopyr and phosphate ester adjuvants" (North Carolina Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,458,020, issued on Nov. 4, was assigned to SBM Developpement SAS (Ecully, France).

"Synergistic herbicidal mixtures and compositions comprising triclopyr and phosphate ester adjuvants" was invented by Thomas Eli Macom (Holly Springs, N.C.) and Robert Britt Baker (Cary, N.C.).
