ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,458,020, issued on Nov. 4, was assigned to SBM Developpement SAS (Ecully, France).

"Synergistic herbicidal mixtures and compositions comprising triclopyr and phosphate ester adjuvants" was invented by Thomas Eli Macom (Holly Springs, N.C.) and Robert Britt Baker (Cary, N.C.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The invention relates to synergistic herbicidal mixtures and compositions comprising triclopyr (3,5,6-Trichloro-2-pyridinyloxyacetic acid), a salt thereof and/or an ester thereof, and at least one phosphate ester adjuvant, and methods of use thereof."
