ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,383,889, issued on Aug. 12, was assigned to Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Dhahran, Saudi Arabia).
"Iron-doped potassium-titanate nanotube catalysts and methods of making and using same" was invented by Mohammed Abdulmajeed Al-Daous (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The disclosure relates to iron-doped potassium titanate nanotube catalysts, and methods of making and using such catalysts. The catalysts can be used in the hydrogenation of carbon dioxide (CO2) for the production of light olefins."
The patent was filed on Feb. 6, 2023, under Application No. 18/106,182.
