ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,289,997, issued on April 29, was assigned to Sanoh Industrial Co. Ltd. (Tokyo) and TOKYO INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (Tokyo).
