US Patent Issued to Sandisk Technologies on Sept. 9 for "Semiconductor devices containing copper bonding pads with different conductive barrier layers and methods for forming the same" (Belgian, Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,412,854, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to Sandisk Technologies Inc. (Milpitas, Calif.).

"Semiconductor devices containing copper bonding pads with different conductive barrier layers and methods for forming the same" was invented by Linghan Chen (Yokkaichi, Japan) and Lin Hou (Leuven, Belgium).
