US Patent Issued to Sandisk Technologies on July 15 for "Noise reduction in sense amplifiers for non-volatile memory" (California Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,361,984, issued on July 15, was assigned to Sandisk Technologies Inc. (Milpitas, Calif.).

"Noise reduction in sense amplifiers for non-volatile memory" was invented by Iris Lu (Fremont, Calif.), Yonggang Wu (San Jose, Calif.), Kou Tei (San Jose, Calif.) and Ohwon Kwon (Pleasanton, Calif.).
