US Patent Issued to Sandisk Technologies on Aug. 12 for "X-direction divided sub-block mode in NAND" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,387,789, issued on Aug. 12, was assigned to Sandisk Technologies Inc. (Milpitas, Calif.).

"X-direction divided sub-block mode in NAND" was invented by Naohiro Hosoda (Yokkaichi, Japan) and Hiroyuki Ogawa (Nagoya, Japan).
