ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,276,706, issued on April 15, was assigned to Sandisk Technologies Inc. (Milpitas, Calif.).
"Multiple stage fuse circuitry for counting failure events" was invented by Daniel Joseph Linnen (Limestone, Tenn.), Kirubakaran Periyannan (Saratoga, Calif.) and Elliott Peter Rill (San Jose, Calif.).
